23.5 Degrees

23.5 Degrees is Starbucks’ first and largest UK franchise partner, opening its first store in 2013 and now operating over 100 stores across the UK (majority drive-thru).

 

Over the pandemic, drive-thru sales spiked dramatically, followed by a period of sustained growth. We conducted extensive consumer research and commercial modelling to create an informed forecast for how much of this demand would be retained, once covid restrictions were eased.
